Man opened the gate chain i pulled in asked me way i pulled in. To buy tires. Go over there and again waved in another direction. Very rude. Told him first time in illinois. Again waved over to another direction. I told him never buy tires at Walmart and never coming to this rude state again. The tall guy was just a flaming jerk. If you hate your job that much move on.

Made me wait over an hour for an oil change just to tell me they are out of stock on my oil filter, even tried to get me to walk to another store and get one for them.

I walked in and they could not find the appointment my father made for having his tires changed. They were very understanding and were able to squeeze us in. Waya was the gentleman that helped me. Amazing customer service!

I ordered 2 tires and they made an appointment for Saturday for me. On the day of, i got a text cancelling appt due to supplies not there. I assumed the tires hadn't arrived. When i called them they said their system does that for some odd reason and that tires were indeed there. They got installed within an hour and i have nothing but positive things to say about price and service. Beware of that text that cancels your appt. 👍
